A Stitch video allows another person to use a part of your video as a part of their own video. The Who can Stitch with your videos setting allows you to choose who can use your video in a Stitch. Note: You must have a public account to allow others to Duet with your videos. You can change who can Duet with your videos.

If you don't choose a private account, your account is set to public by default.
